ABL RELEASES THE REPORT ON-HOW ARBITRATION WORKS IN YOUR OWN COUNTRY, ENFORCEMENT OF A FOREIGN AWARD AND THE NEW YORK CONVENTION

Roxana Constantin, in collaboration with Corina Gimurtu, Ionescu si Sava, has contributed to the Report on ‘How Arbitration Works in Your Own Country, Enforcement of a Foreign Award and the New York Convention’. The Report is a publication from ABL’s Young Lawyer’s Group and draws attention upon the arbitration rules in each country mentioned in this Report and contains the procedures for the enforcement of a foreign award and a particular reference to the New York Convention.
